Order Processing

All orders placed on meetbroody.com are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days and mostly delivered within 4–7 business days to metro areas. Please note: shipping timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Shipping Timeframes

  • All shipping times are estimated in business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Estimated delivery times apply to metro areas; deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.

  • Delivery estimates exclude potential delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, or events outside our control.

If delivery exceeds the stated timeframe, we will provide an update and a reasonable additional period for delivery. If the order is still not delivered after that period, you may cancel for a full refund of the product price and standard shipping (where applicable). Express shipping fees are excluded from such refunds once an order has been dispatched.

Express Shipping

An optional express service is available with shorter estimated delivery times (typically 2–4 business days). Delivery timeframes are always counted from dispatch date and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or other factors outside our control. Express shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Address Changes

Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address or redirect parcels. Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.

Phone Number Recommendation

We highly recommend adding your phone number at checkout so our delivery team can easily contact you if needed during delivery.

Bundle Orders

For bundle purchases, we aim to ship all items together in one package. However, due to inventory locations or product availability, some bundles may be shipped separately, resulting in multiple tracking numbers. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Delivery Limitations

In some cases, we may not be able to deliver to your location or provide all delivery options. If this occurs, we will:

  • Notify you promptly, and

  • Offer either a cancellation with a full refund, or delivery to an alternative address (if available).

Proof of delivery: Once the carrier records an order as delivered (for example by delivery scan, GPS confirmation, photo, or signature), the order is considered fulfilled and completed. We are not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier has recorded delivery at the shipping address provided.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If you would like to return an item, please read the following carefully:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for all customers worldwide (in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

  • Condition: Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition.
    Opening the vacuum-sealed packaging is acceptable for inspection, but items that show signs of use, wear, or damage cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all “change of mind” returns. You may choose any courier service, at your own expense. A valid tracking number must be provided for the return to be accepted.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement/refund without requiring a return, depending on the case.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded where required by law (EU: the cost of the standard delivery option offered). Express shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

  • Return Address: All returns are processed through our main warehouse in Portugal. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions by email.

💡 Important: If you refuse to pay return shipping (for change-of-mind returns), your return cannot be processed.
