When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

During busy periods or customs processing, delivery may take a little longer.

How is Broody shipped

Broody travels safely in protective packaging so he can reach you from our international warehouses without shipping costs.

Plushies are lightly vacuum sealed to keep them clean and secure on their journey, and the shipment includes the plushie in its protective packaging only. Once opened they fluff up quickly, usually within a few minutes.

If Broody is a gift you can take him out first so he regains his full fluff before wrapping.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to help.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

If you need help, contact us as soon as possible.

I paid but didn’t receive any emails

Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically to the email address entered at checkout.

If you used Apple Pay or Google Pay, the email linked to your payment method may be different from your usual email address. In these cases, confirmations are sent to the email provided by Apple or Google at checkout.

Please check your spam or promotions folder, as automated emails can sometimes end up there.

If you’re still unable to find the emails, it’s likely that the wrong email address was entered. Simply contact us and we’ll confirm your order, update your email if needed, and resend all communications.

Will I be charged VAT or customs fees?

No. There are no VAT charges or customs fees for customers, no matter the location.
